It is very beautiful and unique. There is also a a rocky little beach next to it where we can go for a nice walk and take lots of pictures :) Its a very popular place! We can also go buy some nice things at the little souvenir stands and art galleries that they have.
Little Venice has so many nice restaurants and coffee places by the water, where you can enjoy your dinner overlooking the sunset over the Sea. Many people visit Little Venice in the evening just to experience the beautiful sunset, so it should be pretty amazing! :)

Day 9-10-Rhodes

Today we will wake up in Rhodes. We will enjoy breakfast from our chef cook.
We will then visit the Old Town/Medieval of Rhodes. The Old town of Rhodos exerts all the fascination of centuries past .It offers the visitor an inexhaustible wealth of Sights to admire. The old city of Rodos is encircled by strong mediaeval walls "a typical example of the techniques of the firtification of the 14th -15th century built by the Knights of Saint John,to protect the city from all dangers, whether comming from land or sea. When you approach the walls of the Old Town of Rhodes, you are about to enter the oldest inhabited medieval town in Europe. Now it happens to be a world of tourist shops, restaurants, cafes and museums. I cant wait to buy some great souvenirs :P

One of the most beautiful and interesting part of the Old City is the street of Knights, the most important street of the medieval town. The street is completely restored or preserved beautifully, and is lined by the buildings where the holy warriors spent their time in prayer or military practice.

On day 10,
We have the day to ourselves to either relax on board, or to do excursions on our own. We will probably take it easy in the day and enjoy the sun on board, and then take a stroll in the city in the evening for some drinks. :)

day7and 8-Santorini

So on the morning of July 15th, we will wake up on our beautiful yacht in Santorini. We will enjoy a delicious breakfast from our cook chef, and get ready for our big day. We will visit the Oia Village.
The Oia village It is known throughout the world for its quiet life and fantastic sunset, and is certainly the most beautiful and picturesque village of Santorini. The village is also situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers a spectacular view over the volcano of Palia and Nea Kameni and the island of Thirassia. Ive seen pictures of Santorini, and its sooo beautiful...All of the buildings and houses are painted white and blue, making it such a unique destination.
Our tour is then taking us to 1800 Deluxe Restaurant. It is housed in a mansion that was built in the middle of the 18th century. It is a typical Santorinian captains house, a living example of a culture long gone. It has terrace dinning (My favourite) and its high up on a cliff on the northern tip of Santorini, providing a stunning view of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea. This place sounds wonderful...I can just picture myself sitting at the table, and having the gorgeous sunset over the ocean...Oh my god! I cant waitttttt :)

On day 8,
This is our free day to relax on board of our yacht. I Guess I will take advantage of this day to work on my tan as get as dark as I can lol. Maybe Chris and I will go to the city in the evening for some drinks at a local taverna and enjoy some live Bousouki music. :)

This will be the day we enjoy Olympia. We will wake up, and go have breakfast at our hotel restaurant. According to our itinerary, we are scheduled to visit the Archaeological Museum of OLympia. I have never heard of this place before, but i heard many posotive things about it from some of my friends that have been before. Im excited to go visit it, because im sure it is filled with history and culture. Its is supposely one of the most important museums in Greece. It Presents the long history of the most celebrated sanctuary of antiquity, the sanctuary of Zeus, father of both gods and men, where the Olympic Games were born. I hope they allow us to bring our cameras inside so I can take plenty of pictures :) Im soo excited. Im sure this Europe trip will be amazing!!

After the museum The tour is taking us to lunch at "Aiyaio". This restaurant serves international cuisine. It is known for its lively atmosphere and terrace. I love it when restaurants have a terrace, because you can just sit there and enjoy ur lunch while having the beautiful breeze. The scenery must be breathtaking also. Im really excited for this trip!!! I cant wait to see everything. :)

The rest of the day is optional, so i guess depending on how were feeling, we might go back to the hotel and relax and then go for a coffee in the evening to enjoy the rest of our stay in Olympia.
On day 6,

This is the BIG DAY!!!

We depart from Olympia and head for Pyrgos where we will board of chartered yacht. I cant wait for this day!!! im soooo anxious so see the yacht in person and step foot into it :) When we were booking our tour, we absolutely fell in love with it. Its gorgeous, and cosy. Hopefully the other people on board will be of the same age as us like that we will all get along great and have an amazing time together. On top of it, we have a chef cook in our ship that will be cooking us homemade greek specialties everyday...isnt that awsome?!?! Yummmm! :) cant wait to taste the real flavours of Greece! Day3-4 (Athens-Olympia)

Ok so according to the itinerary of the tour we booked, we are visiting the Panathenaikon stadium...But before heading to this site, we will be having breakfast at our hotel restaurant the "Motivo". The same restaurant as the previous day.

Ive never heard of the Panathenaikon stadium before...I wonder what it is, and what we will see there. Im very curious, so i checked on the internet about this attraction. I wanted to get an idea about it. It says that the stadium was ready for the revival of the Olympic games in 1896, and also for the their tenth aniversary in 1906. Its marble seats can host 60000 spectators, and it was used in the Olympic games in Athens 2004 when it hosted the Archery comptetition, and the Marathon finish...

That evening, our tour is taking us to dinner at Trastellis Apostolos & Co Oe Spondi Restaurant. This restaurant was voted to be the best restaurant in Greece! So it should be preetttty amazing! Its a five star dinning with traditional french cuisine by some well known chef. So since this restaurant is supposed to be the best of Greece, im expecting it being a perfect end to our day...

On day 4,

It will be the day that we leave Athens to travel to Olympia. In the morning, we will have our full breakfast at the "Motivo" restaurant in our hotel. Afterwards, we will need to have all of our luggage ready to check out at 12pm...

We will take a bus from Athens to the city of Olympia, where we will check in at the Olympia Palace Hotel. This hotel seems very luxurious, and elegant. We will be staying in a junior suite room...Im soo excited :P I read a couple of reviews about this hotel online, and everyone rated it as being excellent, so i am positive that my my friends and I will have a great time.

Once everyone is checked in and settled at the hotel, our tour will be taking us to this restaurant called "Taverna Ambrosia". This restaurant is specially known for its amazing traditional greek cuisine. I cant wait to see how the souvlaki tastes down in Greece compared to the ones we have here at home...lol

Day 2-Athens

On my second day upon arrival in Athens, we have plans to start off our day by having a delicious full american breakfast at one of the hotel restaurants. I believe it is called "Motivo". This restaurant is a perfect place to kick start our vacation, because we will be enjoying our breakfast while having a gorgeous view of the Parthenon...I definitely cannot wait to go visit the Acropolis, and the Ancient Angora that day. Ive ALWAYS wanted to visit the Accropolis, but ever since i have seen the movie "My life in Ruins" starring Nia Vardalos, I am so impatient to get there. I can picture myself walking up towards the Acropolis, and just staring at it without saying a word. Just admiring every detail of it, and thinking about its history...
Our lunch is optional this day, alors we have the choce to choose any restaurant we desire near the site. I have checked a couple of restaurants online, and I believe my friends and I will really enjoy "Vitro restaurant". It is in the heart of the historical location of the Acropolis, serving traditional Greek cuisine, as well as the imaginative recipes and the high quality ingredients. This restaurant is very popular in the area, therefore i am positive we will enjoy it.

I will have to remember to bring comfortable shoes, because I believe we will be done quite a bit of walking :P
